Terri Karr
Terri is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and brings over 35 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience. She has helped more than 4,000 clients secure financing for primary homes, second homes, and investment properties. Her background in accounting gives her an additional layer of expertise with complex tax returns for self-employed borrowers.
Outside of her career, Terri enjoys Baylor football and tailgating, breeding and showing world class reining horses, and serving as an elder at First Christian Church of Rockwall, where she has been a member for more than 30 years. She is a multiple World Champion equestrian and a long-standing top producer in the mortgage industry. Her professional achievements have also been recognized in Texas Monthly as one of the Five Star Mortgage Professionals in Texas.
Sidney Karr
Sidney is a graduate of Hardin Simmons University where she played collegiate basketball before deciding to continue the family tradition and enter the mortgage industry. As a third-generation mortgage banker, she brings energy, commitment, and deep understanding to every client relationship. Her charisma and dedication, she works tenaciously to help clients move through the process quickly and confidently.
Sidney is a third-generation equestrian with over 15 World Titles and a lifetime of experience in the horse industry. She is also an avid golfer and active member of the Ladies Golf Association at Heath Golf and Yacht Club.
